Mrs. Hickey- All Classes:
There is a quiz tomorrow on the rocky shore. Students should have a crossword puzzle with pictures on the back to study from They should also have notes on biotic and abiotic factors that influence rocky shore life, and a paper about tides. On the biome or animal project- Students will be assigned 3 questions to answer that are due on Monday. As I am assigning only 2 or 3 questions at a time I am not accepting late work on this project. I made that very clear to the students in class- even to the point of telling them the specific grades they could achieve if they missed one or two questions. Some of the students are already “on vacation”. I am concerned that they are not putting forth much effort as I am seeing the quality and quantity of work being passed in decline. I am holding students accountable for their work (or lack of it) up until the last day of school. Thank you for your support.
