All Students:
Attention Parents: As a reminder to the earlier letter you received, there will be a Parent Information Night for parents of eighth grade students on Monday, December 1st, between 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm, in the GMHS Auditorium. There will be a multimedia presentation on the transitional process between middle school and high school, a student panel presentation composed of seniors, and a question and answer session with department heads in the cafeteria to conclude the evening.
To all students in 6th grade and 8th grade who displayed their art in the middle school hallways, please feel free to take your artwork home on Friday!

Grade 7:
Mrs. Hickey’s Classes: The students got back their photosynthesis quizzes today. ALL students should have the quiz signed. Having the quiz signed is an assignment. Also, some students need to redo 2 of the essay questions on the quiz. A sheet is attached to the top of the quiz that gives directions for this. Students will receive credit for the questions they redo, and the points will be added to the quiz grade. This assignment is due tomorrow. In class we tested various seeds for their ability to attach to animal fur and be dispersed by the wind. Tomorrow we will test whether or not these seeds can be dispersed by water.
Mrs. Morrison: A and B – Study for voc. test; E and F – Study voc. words for Ch. 3
Schauerman: MATH - Reteach 4-2 worksheet all problems; Chapter 2 test were handed back today; test corrections are due by Monday. I am available for extra help today & tomorrow after school. SCIENCE - Complete your seed dispersal hypothesis worksheet.
Grade 6:
