Students took the quiz on Chapter 1, section 2 today. Students also received the extra credit for the Chapter 1, section 1 quiz. Some students have still not returned that quiz signed, so are not eligible for the extra credit until they do so. I suggested to students that if they wanted the extra credit points counted by the time progress reports come out (Teachers must enter progress grades on Monday, October 6th), then I needed to have the extra credit by Friday, October 3rd. Otherwise, they have until the marking period closes to complete the extra credit. More will be offered, as appropriate, after this quiz. FYI- We are beginning our study of adaptations, mimicry, camouflage, and symbiosis. This is a really interesting section of the book!
