Updates and Homework for 3/26:

All Students:
MCAS testing in English Language Arts will be beginning next week on March 31st. Please refer to the following grade specific schedule for your child/children:
Grade 6:
Tuesday, March 31st - ELA Reading Comprehension Session 1

Grade 7:

The Girls Basketball Banquet will be held on Thursday, March 26, 2009 starting at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria. All levels and their families are invited.

The Boys Basketball Banquet will be held on Monday, March 30, 2009 at 6:00 p.m. in the cafeteria.

Strength and Conditioning will be held on Tuesdays from 6:00-7:00 a.m., Wednesdays from 3:00 -4:00 p.m and 5:30-6:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:30 a.m.-12:00 noon

Grade 8:
Mrs. Mongeau: No homework!

Mrs. White: C Block illustration due

Ms. Bailey: All classes have 10 sentences using lesson 21 words due tomorrow. This assignment will be graded as a quiz. For the week. Blocks A,C,E,F, are reading chapter 11; G block is reading ch 10 and answering 4 questions to be discussed in class tomorow.

Mrs. Rydbeck: A Block- Finish practice worksheet 10-9 Discount. E Block- Finish worksheet: Parallel lines and transversals. F Block- Finish Chap. 7 cumulative review, we will go over the answers tomorrow. G Block- Do Chap.7 cumulative review # 11-13, and #16-20.

Mrs Reed: Reteach & Practice 8-10

Mrs. Girard: Ch. 7 test tomorrow! Be sure to review vocab and grammar! Practice stem changing verbs on conjuguemos.com if you want some practice with feedback!

Grade 7:
Mrs. Morrison: A – study for voc. test – work for 20 min. on literature packet; B – study for voc. test – finish final copy of essay; E and F – Study for quest on ch. 5 sections 2 and 4.

Mrs. Fulton’s 6th grade classes should have all turned in their 3 day Food Journal’s. Please get them in ASAP if you have not turned them in, as we will be using them in the computer lab during the next rotation!
