Updates and Homework for 4/2:

All Students:

Attention parents: the last projected day of school is Tuesday, June 23, 2009, which will be a half day, dismissal at 11:00.


From Mr. Masys: the last day for middle school track sign-ups is next Wednesday, April 8. Middle School Track will start on Tuesday, April 14th for 6th Graders, Wednesday, April 15th for 7th graders and Thursday, April 16th for 8th graders.

Grade 8:

Mrs. Rydbeck: A Block- Practice worksheet 12-4 : do it all. Quiz tomorrow; E Block- Practice worksheet 7-8 # 1-6 and the back side # 1-6; F and G Blocks- Practice questions with exponents on the packet. Quiz on Monday.

Ms. Bailey: All classes are having a spelling/vocabulary test on lessons 21 & 22 tomorrow. A & C blocks are reading chapter 13 in “Sam”; E block is just studying for the test; F block is reading pages 182-190 in chapter 13; G block is also reading pages 182-190 in Chapter 13.

Mrs. White: C block complete vocabulary sentences.

Mrs. Mongeau: Quiz tomorrow on New Jersey Plan, Virginia Plan, 3/5ths Compromise and the Great Compromise. Study guide given.


Math Gr. 8 Mrs. Reed: Reteach & Practice 9-2 all


Grade 7:

Mrs. Morrison: A – Comprehension questions 1-5 on p. 519.


DIFRUSCIO: none.

Mrs. Hickey: There is no homework tonight. My A and B block classes got back their Snail Labs today. These are to be signed and returned. This lab counted 4 times toward their lab average. E and F block Science classes will get their labs back tomorrow. Having the lab signed is a homework assignment for which the students receive credit, or no credit.


Mrs. Schauerman: No Homework

Grade 6:

White: Read 20 minutes and record in log.

Mrs. Reed: Picture Dictionary Grp 7 was due yesterday, finish and turn in if you have not done so.


Mrs. Harrington: Science Homework Due: Friday—complete Monday’s lab “Erosion and Deposition” to the best of your ability. Should you be unable to answer some of your questions leave it blank and will review questions them during Friday’s class.
